Monday to Friday 7.40am to 5.15pm
Job Description
Project Management(Improvement Activity) -Involve with the project in which the improvement idea and result be presented during Monthly Activity Meeting.
Can operate with ease for Design Software and can do design base on the design knowledge and apply the specification base on the design requirement.
Liaise with production as to do the improvement project and possible to monitor from the beginning until the end and keep doing the improvement by setting new targets.
Responsible to Monitor, Control and Planning the Subordinates task and performance follow base on the required plan and perform the evaluation of performance of the Subordinate.
Follow the related legal requirement in working environment practice such as ISO requirement, Safety requirement and etc base on the Superior decision.
Responsible to Control related Confidential item and make sure the material is not leaked to other parties and implement the preventive action.
Control the expenses by implementing the cost down activity by selecting the proper item, part, material, external, provider and process.
Attend the informal or formal inhouse or external training as to increase the awareness of the necessary training scope which relevant to the work base on Superior plan.
Have the ability to make decision interm of the priority of the work order base on the production plan and also emphasize on the factor of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent, with CGPA 3.0 and above.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Japanese added advantage at salary
Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim.
