Production Executive

Job Description Responsibilities: To manage production operations effeciently and effectively and develop marketing strategies to sustain and maximize growth and profitability.
Set up and implement successful internal control procedures and reporting system.
Plan, implement and reveiw the financial, marketing, operation and administrative policies and procedures of production.
Provide high level of leadership to the management team in order to achieve excellent results in the overall operations.
Responsible in handling and solving the day-to-day activities relating to customer complaints, product-related issues and any issues within the country's business regulations.
Ensure all relevant production reports are procedured and maintained on an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to analyse the market and develop new effective programs to increase the profitability of the company.
To analyse the market and propose the most suitable product distribution channel for the region.
Recruit and maintain a qualified and dedicated team of staff to accomplish the objectives of the company.
Prepare and submit a monthly report on the overall development of the production & market to the Managing Director.
Responsible in formulating budgets, controlling of production expenditurers and ensures all cash handled is fully accountable.
To create a good inventory management system in the region.
Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree preferably in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Required languages: Malay, English & Mandarin
Possess strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and good interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work independently.
Pleasant personality and good presentaion skills.
1 Full-Time position available.
