Responsibilities:Responsible for overall production performance including production efficiency, wastage, usage variance, and material efficiency.
Propose actions needed to improve production processes to ensure production meets targets set.
Prepare and present daily reports to the Production Manager.
Monitor production processes to ensure production runs according to specifications.
Ensure production can meet order fulfillment.
Supervise and motivate subordinates in day-to-day operations.
Assist superior in updating ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document.
Execute and control daily activities schedule as planned by superior.
Requirements:Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Willing to learn, adaptable, problem-solving, and independent.
Possess good communication skills with superiors and subordinates.
