Production Executive

Responsibilities:
To lead a team of production personnel to achieve production targets set by the company, such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery, wastage reduction, defects reduction etc.
To continuously improve the production process to meet customers' requirements while containing production cost.
To submit timely production output and machine utilization reports to management.
To ensure compliance to company certified system such as IATF 16949, ISO 14000, ISO45001 and customer audit requirements.
To ensure all corrective action and counter measures are carried out effectively.
To train & guide the production workforce to meet customers requirements.
To liaise with all supporting group on production and quality related issues.
To ensure all the safety and healthrules are followed by production workforce including 5 'S' & housekeeping .
To be responsible and complete the assigned task as when instructed by superiors and/or any such persons as may be designated by the Management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma qualifications or any related field and/or;
Minimum 3 years working experience in production.
Good communication, able to lead a group of multi-racial manpower and strong interpersonal skill.
Computer literate.
Authorities:
To reshuffle production workforce to achieve better result.
To suspend or take disciplinary action against workers who don't follow instruction and company's rules & regulations.
To decide on the change of production planning and schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
