Production Executive

Job Responsibility Responsible to lead and guide a team of workers in accomplishing a scheduled production plan on time and meeting the required specifications and quality standard Provide guidance and training to workers and team leaders to understand and follow established SOP for production operation Ensure operations comply to established parameters and to inform if changes were made on the line Coordinate and lead team leaders during change over and ensure standard duration is adhered to Responsible to shift operation which includes rotation of break time as well as a relief operator to ensure continuous production operation Timely in verifying all updated production documents/checklists such as cleaning checklist, production monitoring sheet etc Assist in basic troubleshooting and liaise with Engineering or Quality Assurance technician as and when needed Ability to analyse and conduct basic problem solving on the breakdown issues Job Requirements Certificate in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience or High School certificate with minimum 2-3 years of production supervisory experience Good interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage Job Benifits Pleasant and conducive working environment Opportunity to growth in career advancement and job fulfillment Good remuneration and benefits in the region Production, Supervisory, Quality Assurance, Troubleshooting, Engineering, Problem Solving, Communication, Interpersonal
