Production Executive

1.3 (a) Overall in charge of the day to day operations of the whole manufacturing plant and its ancillary facilities;1.3 (b) Ensure optimum utilization of the manufacturing plant and its ancillary facilities of Engineering, Warehousing, etc so as to minimize idle time/spare capacity and promoting efficiency;1.3 (c) Ensure that proper and regular maintenance of all plant, machinery and ancillary equipment are carried out to minimize breakdowns during the production process;1.3 (d) Ensure that all production deadlines are met and batch productions are run in economics batch quantities so as to minimize raw materials wastage and maximize production yields;1.3 (e) Co-ordinate with all relevant departments/staffs to as to ensure the smooth running of all activities of the manufacturing plant and its ancillary facilities;1.3 (f) Ensure that the manufacturing plant and its ancillary facilities are run in a clean, hygienic and safety conscious environment that meets the Licensing and/or other requirements of the Company's customer including legislative requirements;1.3 (g) Ensure all fire, safety and sanitary rules and regulations of the Company and authoritative legislations are strictly adhered to;1.3 (h) Ensure proper storage, handling and rotation of all inventory, in particular raw materials (ingredients and packing materials) and finished goods in the manufacturing plant;1.3 (i) Responsible for the general and overall security of the manufacturing plant, ancillary facilities and assets including all inventory, by implementing appropriate procedures, rules and regulations to be enforced in the plant as a whole;1.3 (j) To guide and motivate subordinates to ensure job skills and performance is above satisfactory level;1.3 (k) To regularly assess subordinate staff performances and manpower requirements so as to make appropriate recommendations to the Management regarding upgrade/promotions, terminations and hiring of staffs;1.3 (l) To implement/arrange training programs as necessary to improve job skills and performance;1.3 (m) Ensure that all required and relevant production and inventory data are submitted on a timely basis to Accounting for their purpose;1.3 (n) Ensure all other reports as required by the Management are submitted on a complete, accurate and timely basis;1.3 (o) To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentAbility to Commute:- Seremban 2 (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban 2: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 03/20/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
