Production Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- To monitor in the daily Production activities (Silo, Wheat Cleaning and Milling,1 & 25 kg packing, Bulk Loading and Pest Control Program).- To ensuring good output of packing process and good extraction of flour production of the milling plant.- To assist in planning Preventive Maintenance for all sections machinery according to schedule.- To ensure plant GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) practice are fully enforced.- To provide feedback for continuously improvement in the mill.- To ensure all the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and CCPs (Critical Control Points) control been carry out correctly.- To conduct identifying the root cause of customer complaint, non-conformance product and potentially unsafe product, and to prepare corrective/preventive action plan and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the plan.- To ensure the Pest Control Program is adequate and effective.- Performs other related duties assigned by the superior or Senior Management from time to time.Job Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG environment.- Minimum education background with Diploma and above.- Good in verbal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Able to manage work under pressure and meet deadlines.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
