Production Executive

Job Responsibilities:- To assist production manager in, training of production personnel, ensure that production activities have been carried out according to procedures and identifying area for continuing improvement.- To conduct on-the-job training to Production Supervisors from time to time and to ensure that only competent operators are assigned at specific workstation.- Manage and oversee the entire production floor operations activities, manpower, working environment, facilities are according to procedures.- To ensure effectiveness in manpower arrangement at production floor according.- To review production report, to follow up and ensure production is improved in line performance to meet management target.- Coordinate with Production Planner to make sure production floor running smoothly according to planned schedule and make immediate decision to overcome any issue happen- To ensure production produce products meet delivery in quantity and quality and cost effective.- Rejects and downtime of production in control.- To ensure that corrective actions for nonconformity identified are being carried our accordingly.- To coordinate with QA or Engineering Dept. on quality issue or machinery performance issue, Warehouse Dept. related to finish goods (Production Output tally with Warehouse Checker input quantity) or packaging materials issue.- Identifying area for continuing improvement such as training of personnel, lines performance, facilities and environment.- To review all productions floor staff performance to do improvement or upgrade their knowledge and skill from time to time to make sure their performance meet management requirement.- To feedback to department head for any problem arise.Job Requirements:- Degree holder in any field- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in production and manufacturing environment- Willing to be based in Taiping, PerakPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Facilities Management: 5 years (preferred)
