Production Leader Supervisor Section Head

Requirements: Good in schedule and organize day to day activities of production line.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Candidate will act as a Supervisor/Team Lead for this job position.
Applicants must be willing to work in PRAI.

Responsibilities:
Lead and managing a team of more than 30 employees, planning, assigning and directing production works.
Managing and improving production processes to enhance product quality and max efficiency.
Identifying problems or bottlenecks in the production processes.
Directly supervising hourly production.
Tracking staff absenteeism and time keeping.
Appraising staff performance.
Reduced amount of scrap below goal levels for product lines.
