Production Manager

Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree / Higher in Electronics, Mechanical or similar majoring.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Candidate will act as a Others for this job position.
Know SMT process will more interesting.
Good command of English.
Familiar with foreign company
Management skills, good works attitude, team works and positive thinking.
Responsibilities
Plans/Executes initiatives for continuous improvements to reduce the return rates.
Plans budget and control within the product line management.
Works out and plans manpower to achieve the monthly requirement.
Monitors and follows up line performance in order to get high efficiency and good quality.
Ensures discipline, housekeeping and safety environments are conformed.
Coordinates with supporting group in problem solving to get the job done.
Coordinated with other person concerning productivity activities.
Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
Prepare presentation package to management.
Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
Perform related work as assigned.
