Production Manager (Based At Nilai, Negeri Sembilan)

Responsible for productivity improvement.- Ensure product reliability through engineering analysis or product defects and initiate, qualify, and implement product improvements to achieve zero product return.- Participate in the planning and implementation of new products to the manufacturing line promptly.- Identify methods to improve the existing work process and flow to maximize the utilization of resources and to achieve optimum efficiency.- Plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules.- Responsible for the management of efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization of man, machine and materials in production.- Control of inventory of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.- Optimism is the utilization of production types of equipment and facilities for cost-effectiveness.- Lead the team to produce high-quality products on time and at a cost consistent with the Company's objectives.- Work with relevant departments to eliminate production problems, effect improvement, maintain a high-quality level, and spearhead action plans.- Accountable to deliver quality output promptly at the most competitive cost to the Company.- Train, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve high-performance standards.- Prepare reports on production efficiency against budgeted targets.- Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes and reduce process and production-related problems and delays.- Establish and maintain a standard of safety responsibilities for all staff and employees, to practice and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for everybody whilst on its premises.To perform any assignment assigned by a superior or management from time to time.**Requirements**:- Minimum of at least 10 years of working experience, preferably in the plastic manufacturing field.- Data-driven mentality and hands-on with the technology.- Ability to manage expectations.- Multitasking and time management.- Analytical Reporting Expertise Skills.- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.- Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to Commute:- Nilai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Nilai: Relocate before starting work (required)
