Production Manager | English, Malay And Mandarin Speaking As It Is Necessary To Liaise With Singapore Counterparts

Requirements:1) Degree in Civil, Building or Construction Engineering Management.
2) Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in construction, precast production and/or building material supplies.
3) Those without a degree but with minimum of 10 years proven experience managing precast / ready-mixed production operation may also apply.
4) Knowledge of building construction, application of precast and prefabricated building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
5) Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint application.
7) Experience in handling Singapore precast projects is an advantage
Responsibilities:Overview

Leading the Production Department as a Production Manager, you are to manage and coordinate the production plan (daily / weekly / monthly) to meet clients' delivery schedules within expected budgeted cost, efficiency, quality and safety. Engaging clients during execution phase and keep close monitoring of Project demand to effectively manage and execute production and delivery plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through appropriate channels in the operation. Ensure production meets or exceeds performance expectations. Ensure adherence and compliance to specifications, standards, policies & regulations.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1) Provide leadership to the whole of Production Department.
2) Manage clients' requirement during execution phase and monitoring of project progress.
3) Manage production of concrete, precast & prefabrication product meeting clients' quality and delivery requirement and at same time achieve production efficiency, quality and timeliness.
4) Develop, manage and make improvement to quality procedures including all the requirements and compliance to required Certifications and Accreditations.

5) Responsible for R&D of concrete mix design, concrete batching plant operation and quality aspect of concrete material that affects our final products.
6) Responsible for the overall safety performance of Production Department.
7) Implement and improve Quality Management System to meet corporate requirement.
8) Responsible for the Development and Maintenance of documented works processes, best practices, guidelines, precast / production equipment operation and maintenance manual, renew / update industry technological developments and best practices.
9) Train and develop employees to maximize department efficiency and employee development.
10) Manage subcontractors and external vendors.
11) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
