Production Manager

Reports to the Assistant General Manager- Overall management responsibility for production, mixing and maintenance operations as well as monitoring product standards and quality control- Lead planning team and monitoring in production schedule, develop and implement operational targets and production cost are maintained at appropriate levels- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting on production output / performance- Ensuring effective and efficient communication between operations and sales team to attain optimum productivity, cost effectiveness of production processes- Oversee Maintenance Department and Projects- Direct synchronization of the company's manufacturing process through Kaizen initiatives to ensure that innovation and continuous improvements are carried out throughout the production processes- Upkeeping and monitoring HSE guidelines- Direct synchronization of the company's manufacturing process through Kaizen initiatives to ensure that innovation and continuous improvements are carried out throughout the production processes- Constantly improving business process efficiencies and effectiveness as well as product quality**Job Type**: PermanentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
