Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:- With a deeper understanding of company-wide strategies and goals, product requirements with customers, including execution command after deepening the overall understanding of the purpose of operation- Build and train teams that can effectively support and meet departmental KPIs- Design and improve manufacturing processes from a quality assurance and efficiency perspective with shorter lead times- Drive quality, delivery time, equipment and resources efficiently- Lead to implement ISO 9001 requirements- Promotion and management of overall product development projects**Requirements**:- Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Industrial / Mechanical or any equivalent studies- Great teamwork and good interpersonal skills- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excell PowerPoint- Strong Administration skills in planning organizing coordination and documentation- Knowledge in QMS- More than 5 years in managing production operation- Good track record in driving efficiency- Excellent in Microsoft excel and Powerpoint- **Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English****Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- production manager: 6 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
