Production Manager (Overseas)

**Responsibilities**:- Lead production planning and execution of schedules and processes.- Manage production costs and budgets.- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.- Analyse all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.- Plan and organise schedules maintenance works to ensure minimum loss of production time.- Oversee equipment installation and ensue operational readiness.- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.- Perform other duties as assigned by management.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor in any manufacturing / engineering studies.- Minimum 5 years' experience in production and manufacturing industry, preferably sawmill factory.- Proficient in MS Office.- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.- Excellent organisational and leaderships skills.- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 36 months**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to be based in overseas as required for this position?- Do you belong to any professional bodies?
