Job Description Manage group of operators to meet daily production output and shipment schedule
Improve work?process flow in production line
Provide on job training to team members
Responsible to ensure product produce meets customer requirements
Take necessary action to reduce product?reject / rework?rate
Ensure team members comply to safety requriements
Prepare production reports for meeting and Management review
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with at least 2 years related experience?in?manufacturing environment
Able to work with minimum supervision
Good communication and leadership skill
