Production Operator

Thai KK Industry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd based in Taman Desa Cemerlang Johor Bahru is one of the group of Thai KK Industry Co. Ltd in Thailand.
We have established a business in Malaysia since 2017 and in Thailand for more than 40 years.
We are involved in Label Sticker Manufacturing.
This role is to develop and expand our business to a global market, find growth strategies, and build good long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Ensure that machines are set up correctly, functioning properly, and running at optimal speeds.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational problems on the production line.
Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Load and unload raw materials or products into machines or assembly lines.
Ensure the correct materials are used in production and are available at the right time.
Help maintain an organized inventory of materials and products on the production floor.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning, such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
Clean work areas and machinery to maintain a hygienic and efficient production environment.
Follow detailed production schedules to ensure that the correct quantity of products is produced on time.
Ensure products are produced in alignment with customer demand and quality standards.
Generate labels for finished products before delivery to customers.
Assist supervisor in generating Invoice/Delivery Order only when needed.
Qualifications
STPM/Diploma in any field
Age 20 - 35 years old, male candidates
Required skill(s): Machine operation, maintenance, teamwork, basic computer skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Candidate with at least one (1) year of experience
Possess own transportation
Ability to communicate well
