Production Planning Executive / Assistant

Job Description Responsibilities Executive: To coordinate with the Production Head of Department to ensure the production process is accordance with the production schedule and able to meet the delivery date to customers.
To inform Factory Manager on any problem in the supply.
Overall responsible for the planning, production and workers schedule.
To make sure that production plan is aligned with raw material to guarantee maximum efficiency in order to timely delivered products to customers.
Plan and organize manpower and supervise schedule for Line Leader/Operators.
Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary
Responsibilities Assistant:
To handle daily operation work at Production.
To fill the daily checklist, forms and submit to Head of Department.
Ensure that production worker confine to S.O.P.
Production Quality - Monitor on production quality and feedback on quality issues to Quality Assurance.
Performance and training of production personnel to ensure quality, safety and performance standards are achieved.
To handle Operator duties as necessary.
Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Certificate or S.P.M. holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience in production & planning.
Candidate with relevant production control/ planning experience will be an advantage.
Hands-ON experience in production planning with strong knowledge in ERP will be ADVANTAGE.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin?
Computer literate ? Excel / Words / Power Point
