Production Supervisor

Job Description Job Description :- ? Responsible for daily production target achievement of allocated area.
? Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with.
? Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.
? Provide production records and other performance indices to the Production Planner whenever required.
? Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures and instructions.
? Liaise with Production Supervisor on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.
? To report process malfunction to the Production Manager and liaise with Maintenance Personnel to resolve the problem.
? To liaise with others related departments to ensure production goals are realised.
Job Requirements :-
Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in TEMERLOH.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
