Job Scopes : - Ensure production plan is completed and meet the production target Review section processes and training programs to minimize scrap Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner Plan and execute training plan for operators based on production needs Requirements : - Practical experience in any production or operation role Candidate with experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
