Responsibilities:
• Lean a team of production workers to achieve company goal
• Monitor production activities to ensure quality and production output meet the defined standard
• Maintenance of equipment, control production wastage and keep proper documentation on production operation.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in production operation
• Knowledge of food manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work on shifts and independently
