Production Technician

• To be responsible for the smooth running and control of the production department in achieving maximum quality and productivity for all the production lines.
• Troubleshoot & maintenance the machine & equipment of production line.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meet customers’ requirements at all time.
• Receive instructions from Process Engineer and higher authority in monitoring the production parameters to maximize quality and productivity.
• Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the production area. Safety and Health measures in the lines must be enforced at all time.
• To monitor and ensure the line boys do the topping up correctly and that the machine lines are running at optimum parameters.
• To check, safe keep and ensure all the production equipment, ovens, tanks, tumblers and etc are functioning well. Otherwise to take corrective actions immediately.
• Provide training to line boys, strippers and machine operators. Perform spot check and test often to make sure they are doing the work correctly.
• Analyze the lines and check the feedback from QA and QC department periodically and to take corrective actions immediately.
• Coordinate and manage the workers to perform the jobs according to the down line schedule and preventive maintenance programs. To work closely with the maintenance department.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
