Production Technician (Klang Area)

To ensure maintenance, repairs and improvements are carried out so that machine and equipment can be operatedSet up mould for injection/blow machine and operate the machineAble to plan and arrange daily operation for ad-hoc maintenance activityMaintain good knowledge on M/C and basic maintenance service.Report on KPI, daily/weekly/monthly.Ensure good housekeeping & safety at production floor.Analyze defect root cause and provide immediate corrective action to quality and productivity problems.Ensure injection machine running at optimum condition and to troubleshoot injection molding machine defects and parameters. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Injection Moulding/Tool and Die, or Technology Polymer.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in injection moulding in plastic blowing industry, specialized in Bottle is required for this position.
