Job Description
Program Administrationwill be based inPerai, Penang. This position need to support management of the CFT and support areas: for the delivery of products and services according to the client's requirements; adding value to Flex and its customers. Also to identify the needs of the client; to negotiate terms of its implementation and transmit them to the operation of the project.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Support the Program Management on the generation of reporting and analyses information for decision-making with the client (materials, quality, testing)
Support Program Management in monitoring the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the internal metrics and/ or customer.
Helps Program Management to coordinate and/ or escalate the resolution of operation problems where any of its project does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established.
Coordinates with the CFT the collection of date for the preparation of presentations in General or for Quarterly Business Review with the customer.
Coordinates as the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product
Coordinates and/ or escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain
Coordinates and/ or escalates, with the CFT, the trouble shooting of delivery on time products (OTD)
Coordinates with the CFT the analysis and demand load as well as the response of the operation (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments) that is communicated to the customer
Helps the Program Management on the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments or overall progress of the account.
Supports the Program Management to coordinates with the CFT the action necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes)
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Candidate must possess Upper 2nd Class Honors or higher in Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Aptitude for analysis and numbers
Strong verbal and written English
Basic knowledge in Operation, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics is an advantage.
Drive to think differently and ability to demonstrate commercial astuteness with passion for business, process and people
