Program Manager

Your New Company:

- A stable and reputable Multinational Company located in Malaysia is looking for a Program Manager to handle all operation related job function.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle all operation related job.

- Responsible for coordinating between customers and the operations .
- Responsible for operational execution related to NPI, Engineering Changes, Continuous Improvement.
- Manage programs to achieve desired Quality, Delivery and Cost to our customer.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities.
- Ensure completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Conduct account review and CFT meeting as required to monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Lead and drive CFT on productivity and quality improvements as to achieve account’s KPI improvement.

Job Requirement and Qualification:

- Diploma or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in program and project management in Sheet Metal Fabrication or Plastic Injection related industry.
