The Role Responsibilities Responsible for delivery the Cyber Technical Response %26amp; Recovery (CTRR) Programme which falls under the Information %26amp; Cyber Security Transformation %26amp; Remediation Programme (ICS TRP). Ensure that all programme milestones and the associated risk reduction are delivered within budget and agreed timescales, and that any risks to delivery are appropriately highlighted. Strategy Drive the CTRR Programme vision and purpose painting a compelling picture that motivates others to action.Give clarity and guidance, providing direction, delegating and removing obstacles to get work done. Manage ambiguity and operates effectively even when the way forward is not clear. Business Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the group operates.Collaborate with IT Resilience, Architecture and broader T%26amp;I teams to establish the right tools, technologies and patterns to improve cyber resilience capabilitiesLead the planning and implementation of Programme and associated projectsDevelop and manage the programme plans. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. ÂDefine project tasks and resource requirements. Governance Adherence to SC policies and standards (including the Programme/Project Management Standards and the System Development Framework) and ICS TRP processes and controls Govern delivery of critical milestones across the workstreams. Quality assurance for the programme and projects Ensure that all programme submissions to committees and working groups (e.g. PEDs, closure reports, benefit reports, progress reports, budgets, benefits tracking, etc.) are of a high quality (complete, accurate and timely).Ensure appropriate escalation and remediation of key risks to delivery plans including resource/financial forecasts to the Project Steering Committee.
