Programmer

REQUIREMENT:
• Candidate must possess Certificate/Diploma Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 1 Year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh grade encourage to apply/
• Required skill(s): Oracle SQL/Basic SQL mandatory. Knowledge in oracle forms / reports is an advantage.
• Willing to work in stress environment.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dedicated, self-driven and self-initiation to learn and seek for improvement.
• Candidate must possess good communication skill (both written and verbal).
• Candidate must possess own transport while carry out the duty out from office support.
• Must have driving license and own vehicle.
• Contract position with option to convert to permanent and the candidate must be able to start work immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing computer IT functions, or specific technology functions within the entire group of companies.
• Support the user with day-to-day operational and IT related issues.
• Implement the assigned Information technology (IT) solutions according to user requirements and development plan.
• Troubleshooting on network equipment, repair & maintain computer hardware. Updates windows patch if require.
• Managing all anti-virus and support with remote desktop.
• Proper filing and documentation, housekeeping of IT Asset, prepare user guide if needed and require to submit daily task report.
• Troubleshooting system, server and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible for all servers and other IT-equipment by preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Assist in technical and helpdesk support for system users
• Install and configure computer hardware operating system and applications
• Keeping all existing hardware and software inventory up to date
• Review and evaluate new technology on all IT matters for recommendation to the Management for consideration periodically
• Attend corrective maintenance for Rental Desktop, Laptop and Printers
• Collect Printers meter reading to prepare claim.
• Prepare Monthly Corrective Maintenance reports.
• Order toner for printers.
• To manage the user administration system on rights and access levels in the organization.
• Liaison with IT suppliers / vendors.
• To undertake other related duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
