Project Assistance

**Skills & experiences requirement**:- High EQ & AQ (good soft skills)- Fast learner- Project and Cost Management- Proactive character with strong follow up skills- Careful with reading and documentations- Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook, and ERP**Descriptions of job duties**:- Learning, understanding, and prepare project objective based on contact and proposal- Identifies project resource and responsibility- Prepare project schedules- RFQ (Request for quotation) for components and control the cost.- Monitor and maintain project documentation in data server.- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and other project documentations- Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet cost, timeline and performance requirement.- Liaise and coordinate with supplier to ensure cost, lead time and quality if products/services purchased are met.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Gym membership- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
