Establishes and maintain control rules, standards and procedures for cost and schedule control in compliance with company’s requirements. Conducting project audits, managing project schedules, and overseeing regulatory compliance issues. • Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors. • Monitoring of related extra works, variations and change orders. • Assisting Project Management in identifying and Estimating Change Requests. • Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review. • Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. • Contract negotiating with contractor and subcontractor. • Maintains close coordination with the Client’s control manager on project’s cost and schedule matters. • Conduct weekly and daily inspections at site for cost and schedule issue. • Ensure that cost and schedule records are well submitted and maintained when requested. • Cost planning, cost control, cost accounting for the project. • Ensure relevant quality procedures and methodology is applied, including use of change control processes. • Support delivery of project to cost, time and quality. • Manage the financial services for designated clients or projects. • Perform financial research, manage a project's general ledger, or monitor a project's cash flow.
