Manage, overseeing, scheduling and directing day-to-day project activities.- Able to plan, arrange, control and manipulate a progress of a project.- Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) on project progress- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.- Analysing the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as recommending improvements.Supervise projects to ensure smooth operations- Report to management team/clients on project status- Ensure project's quality is in line with company's standards- Perform any ad-hoc task from superior and management from time to time**; Requirements**:- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in project, building and facility management.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.- Proactive and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad, Excel.
