Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Assist Managing Director in developing project plans, schedules and budget- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.- Participate in project meetings, record minutes, and follow up with action items.- Any other duties as and when required by the management from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field- At least 5 years of working experience in construction field and experience in consultant firm would be an added advantage- Good in written and spoken of English & Mandarin- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively- Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
