Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities:- **- Provide daily administrative support to Project team in documentation, distribution, scanning, copying and submission to relevant authorities.- Participate in project progress meetings and propose improvements if necessary.- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal & objective.- Documenting and follow up on important action and decision from meeting.- Assist Project Engineer / Project Manager in Purchase Requisition for purchasing submission.- Distribute and control approved drawing to relevant department (QAQC, Production and etc).- Prepare packing List for project delivery.- Prepare transportation arrangement.- Assist and support superior in ad-hoc assignment as and when required.- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Company.- **Requirement:- **_- 1 year working experience in related post.- Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English- Full-time position available.- Can communicate well with others, have tolerance.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
