Project Coordinator

Vacancy: 1We are looking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the design, submission, approvals, and execution of construction projects for our clients. Project Coordinator will be responsible for Project management including initiating, planning, managing, and delivering specific projects to achieve their goals on schedule and on budget.Job Responsibilities:- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.Managing the delivery of the project according to plan.Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and directors.- Identifying and managing potential risks and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and / or budget.- Coordinate with Client requirements and minutes of meetings or task action plans.- Prepare drawings and submit them to Local Authorities to obtain necessary approvals.- Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, Specialists, and Suppliers to ensure quality workmanship is delivered.Prepare Work Program and chase all parties to deliver accordingly.- Coordinate all duties necessary to ensure the project is delivered to a high level of creativity, and quality workmanship, within the time frame, and within budget.Project Coordinator Requirements:- Diploma / Bach. degree in project management, architecture, engineering, design, or similar- Experienced in Local Authority Submission and Requirements. Portfolio of completed designs and projects.- Advanced knowledge of drafting software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
