Requirements: Experienced: at least 3 years in digital marketing, project/innovation management
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse market situation
Able to communicate in English, effective verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.
Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess positive attitude, team player, able to interact at all levels and work in continuous change environment.
Aggressive, dynamic, and strong drive within the team.
Strong analytical skills and able to multitasks.
Proven ability to work under limited supervision and seek out advancement opportunities
Candidate must be willing to work in dynamic start-up environment.
Candidate must be willing to work at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities: Drive digital innovation to enhance value propositions to customers
Monitoring performance of products and/or services.
Working with cross functional teams to design, develop, propose and roll out product propositions and/or services that delivers the objective and strategy.
Generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
Analyse customers feedback to improvise the customers journey and products/services.
Develop digital marketing positioning strategies via market research.
Drive product /services launches including working within Marketing and Operations team.
Responsible for data analysis to discover pattern and useful insights for further business action.
