Project Executive (Kota Kinabalu)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES?Monitor movement of teams on site?Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements?Responsible of daily the operations?Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met?Plans, schedules and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis?Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines?Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties?Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction?Assist Project Coordinator on daily tasksJOB REQUIREMENTS?Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Technical Management or equivalent.?1-3 years working experience in project or technical based field.?Can work under pressure, work overtime & able to meet deadlines.?Ability to handle multiple priorities and remained focused and organized.?Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues?Good decision making skills and response to high pressure situations?Possess confidence & maturity to handle challenging situations.?Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point?Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbally and written) skills.?Hardworking, self-independence, highly motivated, team player, punctual.?Possess own vehicle.
