LOCATION: CYBERJAYA
OverviewOur client, a leading provider of human capital management system & solutions, is seeking a talented Project Implementation Technical Consultant to join their team in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
This full-time role is integral to the successful delivery of our innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and configure the human capital management system & solutions accordingly
Develop and implement customized applications and integrations to meet client-specific needs
Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
Continuously enhance the solutions by identifying and implementing improvements
Participate in the development of new product features and functionalities
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in project implementation or technical consulting roles, preferably in the human capital management system & solutions software industry
Strong understanding of human capital management system & solutions processes and technologies
Proficiency in configuring and customizing human capital management system & solutions
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant certifications or qualifications in human capital management or project management are an advantage
