Project Manager

Have at least 2 years of experience of project manager- Responsible for overall project management which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution, and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time and cost- Able to maximise company profit.- Able to communicate well with the directors,staff and other related party- Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.- Lead and coordinate work amongst the project team.- Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements.- Liaise with JKR, contractor and local authorities for project related matters and requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of work progress- Prepare and tracking CPM and present monthly project report- Monitor the progress of project implementation in accordance to work program, contracts and specification.- To attend project / site / technical / coordination meeting- Able to defend company rights- Responsible to monitors staff and workers- Able to think critically on how to manage project to run smoothly within the time given- Salary negotiable**Salary**: From RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepala Batas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
