Project Manager

**The Company**- Factories in Malaysia (HQs), China, India, Mexico, South Africa- Export to 105 countries around the world.- Global MNCs customers in Petrol Retail, Automotive, Quick Service Restaurants, Health & Beauty, and Telecommunication- Single source solution provider of innovative, engineered manufacturing products and services in full compliance with global engineering standards**Responsibilities**- To manage the whole project inclusive of maintaining good relationship with customers.- Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned projects in a timely and cost effective manner and in line with the safety and quality policies of the Company.- To co-ordinate and liaise with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors on the secured projects.- Coordinate site installation and control sub-contractor's works (quality, time & costs)- Planning and managing project implementation and construction of project works to meet all requirements.- Provide technical solutions to customers.- Ensure all completion milestones are achieved, obtain customer signoff and acceptance certification.**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field with 2 years' experience in Managerial role.- A dynamic person who is trustworthy, hardworking, resourceful, meticulous and with good leadership quality.- Possess strong knowledge, skills and experience in managing and coordinating Projects and interfacing works at site.- Ability to resolve and mitigate site issues, report writing skills and coordinate subcontractors.- Able to perform under stress and challenges.- Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently to site within Malaysia.- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Applicants with Mandarin speaking and writing are added advantage.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
