Project Manager

1) Run the project on day-to-day basis. 2) Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, specified, constraints of time and cost to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. 3) Manage resources, schedules, and financials and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. 4) This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. 5) Streamlined new system in operational construction, planning with scheduling. 6) Updated all documents and reviews all drawings. Review basic design and concept design. 7) Scrutinized the cost estimations and verified on contractor quality management. 8) Followed the code & standard as well as involved in SAP, CAPEZ and KPI'S. 9) Developed the tank for Filtrates, Strong Filtrates, Tetra Dilution Tank, Dissolving Tank and Hold Up Tank. 10) Handled the Mechanical, Civil & Steel Structure, Electrical & Instruments, HVAC System Installation & Commissioning. 11) Played a vital role in minimizing the time schedule in constructions and ensured that the contractor follow safety rules & follows the specifications.KONTRAKTOR PEMBINAAN BANGUNAN AMMaster's or Equivalent
