Project Manager

Jobs Description:- To lead and manage the project team to deliver successful project according to contract terms, on-time, quality, standards, safety and budget- Involve in all stages of project including conceptual design, contract document, procurement, delivery and erection.- Monitor the works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with schedule, specification, standards to approved designs.- To establish effective communication between project team and client.- Regular report on project progress status and maintain high quality standard of project documentation- Planning of installation at site, arrangement of material delivery to meet project schedule and site condition- To prepare progress claims and follow up closely- Sourcing, Evaluating and Selecting Sub-contractor/Suppliers for the assigned projects.- Prepare Technical and Commercial proposals for Bids/RFQJob Requirements:- Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or any related field- Must have a minimum of 4 years in Project Management for constructions EPC projects- Strong communication and leadership skills are required**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Civil engineering: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 12/02/2023
