Project Manager

We are in search of an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our project teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Your strong leadership and project management skills will play a vital role in the success of our projects.**Responsibilities**:~ Manages the workflow of all staff involved in the project team including contracts, purchasing, logistics, construction, project administrative staff, engages and manages specialist consultants as required.~ Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path.~ Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.~ Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations and presentations.~ Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify the successful and unsuccessful project elements.~ Requires to visit site to resolve site issues.~ To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussion.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make timely decisions.- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Involvement in impactful and diverse projects.- Supportive and visionary leadership.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 4 years (preferred)
