Project Manager

Responsibilities
Having purview of the overall project, providing direction, reviewing and monitoring outcomes of all functions to work together effectively and manage the project on-track.
Coordinate works and build relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders' expectations.
Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the project's estimate.
Review elements that impact construction risk, cost and manage cash flow to achieve the profit target.
Understand and integrate diverse functions for process improvement and cost optimization.
Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, taking corrective actions, and regular updates on the status of the project.
Analyze contractual terms and provide guidance to the team with regard to contractual matters.
Manage the project to ensure that it completes on time, with compliance with specified quality and HSE requirements.
Ensure that the Company's Quality and HSE Systems are adhered to at all times.
Achieve total completion of the project and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
Minimum 15 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Has successfully completed at least 2-3 mega projects.
Excellent project management skills.
