Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Monitor progress and address any issues to ensure timely completion.
Site Meetings and Coordination:
Lead and actively participate in site meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address project-related concerns and requirements.
Identify potential site issues and implement timely solutions to maintain project progress.
Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations throughout the project.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with project team members to achieve project goals.
Provide guidance and support to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product samples, mock-ups, and materials to project sites.
Facilitate smooth communication between teams to meet project requirements.
Budget and Timeline Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
Ensure all projects stay within deadlines and propose adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Quality:
Adhere to safety, quality, and legal standards throughout project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain high-quality work.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to management as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English are an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
