Project Manager

**Description**- Lead, drive and steer the project i.e. project team and various Contractors through rigorous control of project scope and targets by implementation of sound project management with strict adherence to COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS).- Monitor and track project performance (HSSE, cost, schedule, and quality) i.e. OTOBOS is meet by provide report and coordinate meetings with all discipline and stakeholder to mitigate project issues.**Requirement**- Minimum Degree in Engineering discipline.- Registered with CIDB and BEM. Holding PMP accreditation is advantage.- Minimum 20 years in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years experience in project management as a Project Manager managing EPCIC/EPCC of a Brownfield and Greenfield project.- Have experience at least managing one (1) complete cycle of COMPANY EPCC/EPCIC project.- Experience in Front End activities, leading in manning strategy, contracting and procurement strategy, planning strategy and budget strategy.- Experience leading project sanctioning (FID)- Experience dealing with various Stakeholder in COMPANY such as Host Authority (MPM), COE, Upstream Malaysian Asset, Operations (ORSA).- Conversant on Production Sharing Contract (PSC arrangement- Experience dealing with Statutory bodies such as DOSH, EIA, Customs, Fisheries, State Government etc.- Good knowledge in the implementation of COMPANY Project Management System (PPMS) and COMPANY Approving Authorities (AA)- Good business acumen / sense / savvy attributes- Excellent technical and engineering knowledge i.e. multi discipline- Good knowledge on project economics.- Good Stakeholder management skills as well as with Statutory bodies and State government bodies.- Good interpersonal and communication skills with project teams of various disciplines as well as with Operations (ORSA) teams.- Good skills to perform data analytics and analyse project problem and provide win-win solutions to ensure project performance are met.- Good strategic thinking and problem solving skills as well as good Overview / Helicopter View / Line of Sight.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to RM50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- What is your Current Salary / Last Drawn Salary?- What is your Salary Expectation?- What is your Notice Period / Availability?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 10 years (preferred)- EPCIC/EPCC for Greenfield and/or Brownfield project: 5 years (preferred)License/Certification:- CIDB (preferred)- BEM (preferred)**Location**:- Kerteh (preferred)
