Responsibilities: Manage and work with a team of Enterprise Architecture (EA) consultants in the entire Project Management Life Cycle based on TOGAF, ArchiMate and Iasa ITABoK skill-sets implementation.
Track and manage each phase of the EA development phases and ensure all deliverable are met project timeline/milestone.
Manage customer's expectations and provide excellent customer service relationship.
Single Point of Contact to manage customers/internal project escalation and provide mitigation plan resolve escalation.
Present details and summary of progress report to customer and internal team.
Coordinate and work with partners, principals, external consultants and internal teams.
Responsible and accountable for the scope, schedule and resources of the project team deliverable.
Report and manage the financial aspect of the project.
Provide high level understanding of Enterprise Architecture to the clients in the absence of the EA consultant
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Having PMP and Prince2 project management certification is an absolute mandatory.
Having attention to details and produce quality outputs.
At least 5 years of proven experience, preferably working as a Project manager in Consulting?s client engagement environment.
Proactive, independent and exercise initiative to drive team spirits and motivations.
Good written, communication and presentation skills in English. More credit will be given for those with good written, communication and presentation skills in Malay and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
Passionate and possess a strong business acumen and have a strategic thinking abilities on business technology impacts.
Having excellent communication skill-sets and has the ability to articulate information to various organization levels (from C-level to end users).
Ability to Think Technical/Technology but Speak and Write Business language.
Independent, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Develops partnerships and relationship with key stakeholders, excellent team players and results oriented.
You must possess an excellent inter-personal skills and strong EQ.
An absolute mandatory to possess well-written and accurate documentation skill-sets, and is capable of presenting information or conducting workshops on both business and technical subjects in a concise and measured manner.
Possess strong passion to learn/re-learn and be actively involved in high profile consultation engagements.
Knowledge/exposure in Enterprise Architecture is recommended but not necessary, as training will be provided.
Willing to travel frequently around South East Asia.
