Project Site Supervisor

Plan & manage project include coordinating sub-contractor, installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works.- To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time.- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers, designers and sub-contractors- Preparing & submitting work progress report to the Director.- Attend site meetings and coordinate meeting when necessary- Knowledge in study drawings includes 3D perspective, layout plan, and detailed drawings.- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision**Requirements**:- Preferably Degree/ Diploma in Interior design/ Interior architecture- At least 2 years of working experience in interior design, site management and supervision in construction industry.- Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English- Able to work independently.- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.- **Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.****Employee Benefits**:- EPF/Socso/EIS included- Public holiday- Annual leave- Working hours : Monday - Saturday**Isotex Services Sdn Bhd**A-0-7 Setiawangsa, Business Suites, No 1, Jalan Setiawangsa 11, Taman Setiawangsa, 54200 Kuala LumpurNo.Tel : 03-4257 4491Salary Range: RM2500.00-RM3500**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
