Our client, a major property company, are looking for a Property Administrator/Assistant to take responsibility for the project management and Mobilisation of new properties into the managed Property Portfolio and the off-boarding of properties leaving their management.

This business requires a candidate which can work closely with the new Business Development Team, as well as operations to insure efficient and effective relocation of new clients.

Key responsibilties of the position:

- Working as the main point of contact between property management and operations.

- To ensure that Hard Services, Soft Services, Utilities and Telecoms, Health and Safety and HR provisions recieve complete and timely information to attend sites when required.

- Assisting the operations team in service delivery.

- Updating all relevant stakeholders at agreed intervals.

- Reporting accurately on current projects.

- Identifying operational inefficiencies and acting upon them as appropriate.

Personal specification of the ideal candidate:

- Experienced in Commercial Property.

- Experienced with Microsoft Office.

- Experienced in managing projects.

- Can demonstrate the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Is flexible to business requirements.

- Has a self-driven and motivated personality.
