Property Development Executive

Job Description Job Responsibilities: To ensure that project objectives are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed budget, scope, time frame, budget, quality and safety standards.
Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval.
Monitor the works carried out by the specialist, contractors and to ensure the works are conformance to relevant specifications and standards and to the Approved Designs.
To plan and monitor project implementation in design and construction of project works to meet all requirements.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years and above experience in property development or others related field.
Understanding of financial aspects of running a project on time and on budget.
Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills, resourceful, result-oriented, customer-centric with the ability to multi-task.
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and diligence.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
Team player, resourceful, result-oriented, analytical and computer literate.
Willing to work in Kuantan.
