**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Overtime payment administration by matching, monitoring and checking overtime record, absenteeism record, attendance record for every department.- To initiate innovative employee programs from time to time in order to minimize gaps within levels of employment and assist employees in maintaining "work-life" balance.- Assist in employee leave administration in terms of record tracking, inform employee of leave approval and leave balance.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuching: Relocate before starting work (required)
