Protege Trainee (Account Assistant)

**Responsibilities**:- Handle day to day operation of accounting and finance function- Monitor Corporate Sales Team Aging from time to time- Process all Customer Credit Application and control all customer credit account- Check all online transfer payment upon receiving any request- Monitor all AR aging and maintain customer aging below 30 days, 60 days and 90 days that set by the Company- Obtain and review credit reports and financial statements to establish credit limits for new accounts.- Review customer accounts for compliance with repayment obligations.- Perform checking of customer creditworthiness and current situations.- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.**Requirements**:- Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program- Completed Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and equivalent- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months- Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.**Benefits**:- Minimum Allowance RM2000 for 8 month's Contract- Training fees fully borned by Company- 4 days Annual leave- 4 days Medical Leave- SOCSO and EIS contribution**Compulsory Training provided**:- _Communication and Networking Skills_- _Creative and Analytical Thinking_- _Value Driven Professional_- _Organizational Adaptability_- _Grooming and Etiquette_)- _Entrepreneurship 101_- _Environment Sustainability and Social Impact_**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)
